| Announcement for CAB (July 2016) | NABL has recently revised its documents including Policy level documents & specific criteria for the usage of Conformity Assessment Bodies (Testing/ Calibration/ Medical/ PTP/ RMPs). These documents are available on NABL website. All stakeholders are requested to refer the latest documents. It is to further apprise that NABL document NABL 162 ‘Guidelines for Proficiency Testing Program for Testing and Calibration Laboratories’ has been withdrawn. A new document NABL 201 ‘Procedure for dealing with Changes in Accredited Conformity Assessment Body’s Operations’ has also been introduced. |

| Attention for Laboratories Making any type of Payment to NABL | NABL has issued Form No. NABL/ A-11 dated 27.08.2014 which is to be mandatorily filled in by all the labs while making any payments to NABL by Cheque / DD / NEFT, failing which there is a possibility that the amount paid by the lab remains in suspense account due to non-identification of lab. Consequently, the invoice will remain outstanding in our books of accounts. The Form NABL/A-11 can be downloaded from the website and filled in form may please be either sent by e-mail @ accounts@nabl.qcin.org or by post / courier at the following address: Kind Attention: Shefali Gupta National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories Plot No.45, Sector 44, Behind Fortis Hospital, Gurgaon, Haryana – 122002. NABL would like to bring to the kind notice of all laboratories that a large amount of money received from labs through NEFT is already lying in suspense account and NABL is facing a problem in crediting the same into proper lab accounts. It may also be causing inconvenience to the labs as well. Therefore, all laboratories are requested to fill and send the Form NABL/A-11 for the already made payments since 01.04.2014 through NEFT to NABL to update the records. Your co-operation will be highly appreciated. |
